Cardio work around and target heart rate

The target heart rate is the range of heartbeats per minute that individuals should aim for during aerobic or cardiovascular exercise to ensure they are working at an intensity that promotes fitness and health benefits. The target heart rate varies based on factors such as age, fitness level, and overall health.

You can achieve this without running, bikes or cardio equipment!!!!
