Do I need a doctors order or a referral to attend therapy?

In most cases NO! Kansas is a direct Access State, thus allowing you to self refer or walk in as needed for physical therapy. Most commercial plans do not require a referral. You can contact your insurance company if needed. Medicare and Medicaid do require a doctors order.


How do you accept payments?

Payments can be made via mail or in person. We accept cash, check or credit card.


What type of patients are welcome at Catalyst?

We love all ages and conditions. Catalyst is blessed to be in a rural setting and has the capability of serving a wide variety of patients with various needs. See a list of some, of the common conditions we see.

How long does it take to schedule an evaluation?

We try to get each patient scheduled the same day if possible

Do you only take insurance?

No, Catalyst accepts insurance as well as cash pay patients. Our Goal is to give quality care to as many people as possible.

How does my doctor know how my therapy is going?

Catalyst makes every effort to fax up to date treatment records as appropriate to your doctor. This allows your doctor to stay up to date with your condition and care.
